How do I update my account information?
Click on your name in the upper-right hand corner to view and edit your profile details.
What are the recommended system requirements for using your platform?
We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, or Edge on Windows or macOS. A stable internet connection is required for optimal performance.
How do I make changes to an appraisal order?
Unfortunately, most orders cannot be changed once out to bid. Minor errors may be corrected by contacting our support team by calling (330) 869-2504. Any substantial changes to the scope would require an order to be cancelled and resubmitted using the reorder tab.
