LG/CDS has been developed to accommodate and meet the needs of each client. Built-in user flexibility helps expedite each individual lender’s appraisal process while providing full compliance with all local and federal guidelines.

Three modules–the Administration Module, The Performance Module and the Billing Module–provide an end-to-end record of each appraisal starting from the assignment request, bid request, appraiser selection, real-time tracking, review process/notes and leading to the final report delivered electronically to the lender.

The system is integrated with the LookingGlass Appraiser network. We only utilize quality market in-tuned appraisers within the LookingGlass network who are known for their careful due diligence, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.
